Everton dan Galatasaray Janji Berikan Permainan Terbaiknya

Marouane Fellaini menjanjikan akan memberikan permainan terbaiknya dalam turnamen Java Cup yang digelar pada 26-29 Juli 2012 mendatang. Gelandang Everton ini akan datang ke Indonesia bersama rekan-rekannya, seperti  Tim Cahill, Tim Howard, dan Phil Neville.

Turnamen ini akan diikuti oleh empat tim, yakni Timnas Indonesia, Timnas Malaysia, Everton FC, dan Galatasaray.  Tim ternama asal Turki ini bakal memboyong sejumlah pemain ternamanya, seperti Felipe Melo, Emmanuel Eboue, Fernando Muslera, dan Milan Baros.
“Everton memang baru pertama kali di sini. Saya bangga bisa bermain di sini dan sangat senang bisa bermain dengan tiga tim di turnamen ini,” ujarnya dalam jumpa pers Java Cup di Hotel Intercontinental Jakarta, Rabu (27/6) siang. Menurut pemain bertinggi 194 cm ini, turnamen Java Cup merupakan salah satu laga untuk persiapan timnya menghadapi English Premier League (EPL) musim mendatang.

Sementara, Mark Rowan, Head of Media & Communicaton Everton FC mengatakan, bermain di Indonesia merupakan kesempatan besar bagi timnya. “Kami sangat mengapresiasi turnamen ini. Apalagi klub ini merupakan salah satu anggota pendiri  Football League,” ungkapnya.
Mark Rowan juga menjelaskan bahwa timnya memiliki sejarah panjang di Liga Inggris selain sembilan kali menjuarai liga ini. “Kami merupakan salah satu klub yang pertama membangun stadion sendiri,” ungkapnya. Selain itu, tujuan kedatangan ke Indonesia juga untuk meningkatkan loyalitas terhadap pendukung tim yang berdiri pada 1878 ini.

“Kami memiliki basis pendukung loyal di berbagai penjuru dunia. Kami juga mengembangan lima akademi yang bisa menjadi penyangga kebutuhan tim senior. Kami sebelumnya sudah membagi pengalaman di Thailand, China, maupun Australia. Untuk Java Cup ini memang merupakan salah satu persiapan menjelang EPL musim mendatang,” jelasnya.

Sedangkan Sardar Topcu, dari Department of Media Galatasaray mengatakan, timnya juga akan mengembangkan kerja sama, salah satunya dengan pengembangan pemain muda,  selain ikut turnamen ini. “Ini merupakan salah satu program kami di Asia,” jelasnya.(*)

Fifth Japan-China-ROK Trilateral Summit (Summary)

The Fifth Trilateral Summit Meeting of Japan, the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Korea (ROK) was held in Beijing on May 13. An overview of the meeting is as follows. (Among those attending the meeting on the Japanese side were Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Yukio Edano, Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Tsuyoshi Saito, Parliamentary Senior Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi and Special Advisor to the Prime Minister Akihisa Nagashima. Participants on the Chinese side included Premier of the State Council Wen Jiabao, and among those on the ROK side was President Lee Myung-bak.)

1. Adoption of Joint Declaration and Attached Documents

As outcomes of the meeting, the Joint Declaration on the Enhancement of Trilateral Comprehensive Cooperative Partnership was issued along with two attached documents – the Joint Statement of Cooperation on Sustainable Forest Management, Combating Desertification and Wildlife Conservation, and the Joint Statement on Agricultural Cooperation.

2. Trilateral Cooperation

The leaders of the three countries welcomed the presence at the meeting of Secretary-General Shin Bong-kil of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat and expressed expectations for contribution to be made by the Secretariat to further progress in cooperation among Japan, China and the ROK. They also welcomed the progress being made in a wide range of fields within the Japan-China-ROK framework, including the first Trilateral Agricultural Ministers’ Meeting.

(1) Trade and Investment

The leaders of the three countries welcomed the signing of the Japan-China-ROK Trilateral Investment Agreement and shared the recognition that this Investment Agreement had historical significance in that it would create the first legal framework in the field of economy among the three countries. Additionally, Prime Minister Noda stated that the Trilateral Investment Agreement would be a precursor to the FTA among Japan, China and the ROK and that with the conclusion of the Investment Agreement as an impetus, he wished to deepen collaboration with a view to achieving a high-level economic partnership. The leaders of the three countries also reached a consensus to launch the trilateral FTA negotiations within this year.

(2) Great East Japan Earthquake

Prime Minister Noda expressed gratitude anew to China and the ROK for the enormous assistance they extended to Japan following the Great East Japan Earthquake last year, adding that he wanted to promote cooperation by sharing knowledge and lessons learned from the disaster with the international community. He then expressed his hope to Premier Wen and President Lee that China and the ROK would take the latest post-disaster situation into account and review and relax restrictions on imports of Japanese goods and on travel to Japan imposed after the earthquake.

(3) Environment and Energy

Prime Minister Noda said the realization of low-carbon growth was an important element in the establishment of sustainable society and that Japan would be able to make active contributions in this regard with its excellent low-carbon technology and relevant institutional systems. He expressed his desire to utilize to use the results of the East Asia Low-Carbon Growth Partnership Dialogue hosted by Japan to work toward the realization of low-carbon growth in concert with China and the ROK and received the support of the two countries. The leaders of the three countries shared concern about the recent hike of energy prices and concurred on the need to strengthen cooperation directed to energy market stability.

(4) People-to-people and Cultural Exchange

The leaders of the three countries welcomed steady progress being made in the Collective Action for Mobility Program of University Students in Asia, known as “Campus Asia,” which is designed to reinforce exchanges among universities in Japan, China and the ROK. They shared the recognition that they would continue to cooperate so that the program would be able to contribute to promoting high-quality exchanges among universities and to nurture competent human resources in the Asian region through further expansion and progress in these efforts. Prime Minister Noda said Japan would proceed with its efforts to attain the goal of expanding the exchanges to the scale of 26 million people among the three countries by 2015. He expressed expectations to Premier Wen and President Lee that their two countries would review and relax travel restrictions. The leaders of the three countries mutually acknowledged the exchange of young people among the three countries was meaningful.

(5) Maritime Cooperation

Prime Minister Noda stated that securing maritime safety was extremely important for the three countries and the leaders of the three countries reaffirmed the importance of enhancing trilateral cooperation in search and rescue to ensure maritime safety.

3. Regional and Global Issues

(1) Northeast Asian Situation

Prime Minister Noda stated that North Korea’s missile launch on April 13 was extremely deplorable as it was not only a violation of relevant U.N. Security Council Resolutions, but also it undermined efforts by countries concerned toward resolving issues through dialogue. Also, he appreciated the prompt issuance of the U.N. Security Council Presidential Statement warning against further provocative actions by North Korea and the decision by the Security Council to enhance the effectiveness of the existing measures imposed by paragraph 8 of resolution 1718(2006). The leaders of the three countries concurred on the importance of preventing further provocations by North Korea and on the need to urge North Korea to exercise restraint through close cooperation among Japan, China and the ROK. Prime Minister Noda also expressed his gratitude for the support and cooperation of the ROK and China for the abductions issue.

(2) International Economic Situation

Prime Minister Noda expressed that the agreement at the G20 Finance Ministers’ Meeting to enhance the funding capability of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by more than 430 billion dollars was a great achievement, owing much of it to the initiative of Japan which announced a contribution of 60 billion dollars to the IMF before any other country did. The leaders of the three countries welcomed the agreement at the earlier meeting of ASEAN+3 finance ministers and central bank governors on the strengthening of the Chiang Mai Initiative, a regional safety net, as a great achievement for the Asian and world economies.

(3) East Asia Cooperation

Prime Minister Noda proposed to develop the East Asia Summit (EAS) into a leaders-led forum to confirm common principles and fundamental rules of the region, thus connecting its outcome to tangible cooperation. Concerning the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) in East Asia, the three leaders shared the view that the three countries would cooperate in establishing a new ASEAN+ working group without delay to accelerate discussions for the start of negotiations.

(4) Disarmament and Non-Proliferation

The leaders of the three countries welcomed the concrete progress in international efforts for enhancing nuclear security made at the Seoul Nuclear Security Summit. They also shared the understanding that there is a shared necessity for steady implementation of the Action Plan adopted at the 2010 NPT Review Conference. Prime Minister Noda also stated that increased transparency of nuclear capabilities and an early entry into force of the CTBT were important.

(5) Climate Change

Prime Minister Noda welcomed the results of COP17 and, viewing the establishment of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action as an important outcome, he said Japan would like to proactively contribute to international discussions on building a future framework in which all countries would participate.

(6) MDGs

Prime Minister Noda expressed that in addition to the need for accelerated efforts to attain the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) through 2015, cross-sectoral elements such as human security, equity/narrowing gaps, sustainability and growth/job creation constituted factors to be taken into account in pursuing post-MDGs. The leaders of the three countries concurred on the need for further cooperation in discussing the formulation of post-MDGs.

Turnamen Internasional JAVA CUP 2012 Akan Berlangsung di Jakarta

INDONESIAJAYA - Sepak bola adalah cabang olahraga paling diminati masyarakat Indonesia. Event pertandingan sepak bola baik antar negara atau antar klub selalu menjadi tontonan yang menarik antusiasme masyarakat, termasuk antusiasme mendukung tim sepak bola nasional (Timnas).

Kecintaan masyarakat terhadap sepak bola tidak hanya karena ingin mendapatkan hiburan, namun juga menginginkan prestasi yang baik dari tim yang mereka dukung. Kerinduan akan prestasi ini yang selama ini dinanti-nanti para pecinta sepak bola Indonesia, khususnya Timnas.

Saat ini turnamen berskala internasional sangat kurang di Indonesia, untuk itulah LPIS (Liga Prima Indonesia Sportindo) menginisiasi berlangsungnya Java Cup di 2012 ini. Java Cup adalah sebuah turnamen sepak bola tahunan yang akan mempertemukan timnas Indonesia dari kedua liga IPL dan ISL, dengan klub-klub besar mancanegara / timnas dari negara-negara tetangga. Rencananya, Java Cup tahun ini akan dilaksanakan di Jakarta pada 26-29 Juli 2012, dengan mempertemukan Timnas Indonesia, Timnas Malaysia, Everton FC dari BPL, dan Galatasaray dari Liga Turki

Salah satu tujuan dari Java Cup adalah memberikan efek jangka panjang kepada sepakbola Indonesia melalui transfer pengetahuan dari klub yang mempunyai standar tinggi sepakbola / timnas negara lain. Untuk lebih memahami penyelenggaraan Java Cup 2012 akan diberikan penjelasan  pada  Rabu, 27 Juni 2012 di Ballroom A, Hotel Intercontinental,  Jakarta MidPlaza.

Jam Buka Pameran Raden Saleh Diperpanjang untuk Akhir Pekan

INDONESIAJAYA - Setelah awal yang sukses dengan lebih dari 3000 pengunjung sejak diresmikan,

pameran kini dibuka sampai pukul 20.00 pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu

Pameran “Raden Saleh dan Awal Seni Lukis Modern Indonesia”, yang diselenggarakan oleh

Goethe-Institut Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Galeri Nasional dan Kedutaan Besar

Jerman, telah melewati awal yang luar biasa setelah diresmikan pada hari Minggu, 3 Juni,

yang lalu.

Lebih dari 3500 pengunjung telah menikmati pameran monografi komprehensif pertama

karya-karya Raden Saleh di Indonesia. Di antara para pengunjung terdapat lebih dari

1200 siswa, yang mendaftarkan diri untuk tur khusus dengan pemandu yang disediakan

bagi sekolah-sekolah.

Agar pameran dapat dinikmati oleh lebih banyak lagi pengunjung, jam buka pada akhir

pekan telah diperpanjang. Pameran kini buka dari pukul 09.00 – 20.00 pada hari

Sabtu dan Minggu.

Raden Saleh, yang memiliki hubungan erat dengan Jerman, karena sempat tinggal dan

belajar selama bertahun-tahun di sana, dapat dipandang sebagai duta kebudayaan

Indonesia pertama di luar negeri. Penghormatan terhadap seniman luar biasa ini

merupakan titik puncak rangkaian acara “JERIN – Jerman dan Indonesia”, yang

merayakan 60 tahun hubungan diplomatik antara Indonesia dan Jerman.

More than 3000 visitors have enjoyed the first comprehensive monographic exhibition of

Raden Saleh’s works in Indonesia. Among the visitors were more than 1200 students,

who had registered for the special guided tour programme provided for schools.

In order to allow even more visitors to enjoy the exhibition, the opening hours on

weekends have been extended. The exhibition is now open from 9am – 8pm on

Saturdays and Sundays.

Raden Saleh, whose connection with Germany runs deep, as he spent many years living

and studying there, might be seen as the first Indonesian cultural Ambassador abroad.

Honoring this outstanding artist marks the high point of the ongoing event series

“JERIN - Jerman dan Indonesia”, celebrating 60 years of diplomatic relationships

Bertempat di Kecamatan Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis, Kamis (7/6), Kapolda Jabar Inspektur Jenderal Polisi Drs Putut Eko Bayuseno, S.H. memimpin acara Launching Program “Polisi Peduli Pengangguran” (Poligur) di Polres Ciamis. Hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut Waka Polri Komjen Pol Drs Nanan Soekarna, Bupati Ciamis Engkon Komara beserta Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis, para pejabat utama Polda Jabar, Kapolres Ciamis beserta para Kapolres/tabes jajaran Polda Jabar serta Direktur PT. Tanjung Mulya Ciamis.

Program “Polisi Peduli Pengangguran” yang merupakan program dari Kapolda Jabar tersebut, diharapkan dapat memberikan pembinaan dan penyaluran para pengangguran kepada sentra-sentra usaha mandiri atau swasta, karena berdasarkan pengungkapan para pelaku kejahatan, sebagian besar para tersangka berlatar belakang Non Job (tidak memiliki pekerjaan), sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya, mereka tidak ada alternatif lain selain melakukan kejahatan. Dalam rangka menunjang Program “Polisi Peduli Pengangguran” tersebut, Polres/Polrestabes jajaran Polda Jabar melaksanakan kegiatan Door To Door (kunjungan ke rumah-rumah warga) yang dilaksanakan oleh Bhabinkamtibmas di wilayah binaannya masing-masing. Pada kegiatan Door To Door tersebut, para Bhabinkamtibmas disamping melaksanakan silaturahmi juga mendata setiap anggota keluarga yang tinggal di rumah tersebut.

Kapolda Jabar Irjen Pol Drs Putut Eko Bayuseno, S.H. dalam sambutannya pada Launching Program “Polisi Peduli Pengangguran” (Poligur) di Polres Ciamis tersebut menyampaikan melalui program ini, diharapkan akan semakin meningkatkan tali silaturahmi, komunikasi, kerja sama dan kemitraan antara Polri dengan instansi terkait dan potensi masyarakat, dalam mewujudkan situasi kamtibmas yang aman, damai dan kondusif, khususnya di Kabupaten Ciamis ini.
Lebih lanjut Kapolda menyampaikan, sebagaimana kita maklumi bersama, bahwa masalah keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, adalah suatu tatanan kondisi dalam masyarakat, yang harus senantiasa diwujudkan, sehingga kegiatan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan berbagai kegiatan masyarakat lainnya dapat dilaksanakan dengan aman, lancar dan tertib. Polri sebagai salah satu institusi pemerintah yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam mewujudkan keamanan dan ketertiban dalam negeri, dituntut untuk selalu melaksanakan tugas pokoknya secara profesional dan proporsional, dengan menggelar segala kemampuan dan kekuatan yang dimiliki, serta selalu melakukan inovasi dan kreasi, guna terwujudnya situasi kamtibmas yang kondusif.

Dalam rangka melaksanakan tugas pemeliharaan kamtibmas tersebut, maka Polri dituntut untuk lebih mengutamakan kegiatan pencegahan dan penangkalan (preemtif dan preventif) terhadap setiap potensi terjadinya gangguan kamtibmas yang ada dan berkembang dalam masyarakat. Dalam upaya mengoptimalkan pemeliharaan kamtibmas, pimpinan polri telah mencanangkan Grand Strategy Polri Tahun 2005–2025, yang saat ini telah memasuki tahap kedua, yakni program membangun kemitraan (Partneship Building), dimana setiap anggota Polri dalam menjalankan tugasnya, diharapkan dapat mengemban sebagai fungsi Binmas (pembinaan masyarakat). Dengan program ini, diharapkan akan terbangun kerjasama/kemitraan Polri dengan masyarakat, serta mendorong tumbuhnya kesadaran hukum dan keaktifan masyarakat, dalam mewujudkan situasi kamtibmas yang aman, damai dan kondusif.

Upaya Polri dalam mewujudkan situasi kamtibmas yang kondusif, dalam operasionalnya kerapkali menghadapi berbagai kendala, serta adanya potensi terjadinya gangguan kamtibmas, seperti salah satunya adalah semakin tingginya angka pengangguran di masyarakat. Masalah pengangguran dikategorikan sebagai potensi terjadinya gangguan kamtibmas, karena dilatarbelakangi oleh suatu kenyataan, bahwa sulitnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari, dapat mendorong pengangguran menjadi pelanggar hukum, sebagai jalan pintas karena sulitnya mencari lapangan kerja. Meningkatnya angka pengangguran, diantaranya disebabkan oleh semakin tingginya angka usia produktif, yang tidak sebanding dengan ketersediaan lapangan kerja, serta keterbatasan kompetensi dan permodalan, sehingga mereka tidak mampu bersaing, baik sebagai pekerja dalam sentra industri/jasa, maupun dalam dunia wirausaha. Tentunya dalam mengatasi pengangguran ini, pemerintah pusat dan daerah telah berupaya maksimal dalam penanggulangannya, seperti dengan penyediaan dan penyaluran tenaga kerja, memberikan pelatihan/ keterampilan, serta memberikan bantuan permodalan, guna mendorong wira usaha mandiri.

Namun demikian, tegas Kapolda, mengingat semakin tingginya angka pengangguran serta tidak meratanya informasi peluang pekerjaan dan wira usaha, serta keterbatasan kompetensi para usia produktif; maka dalam implementasi program kemitraan dan kepedulian sosial Polri terhadap masyarakat, Polda Jabar tergugah untuk turut serta mendukung program pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, yakni dengan melakukan terobosan kreatif dengan menggelar Program Polisi Peduli Pengangguran, di wilayah hukum Polda Jabar.

Program ini dilaksanakan dengan kerja sama antara Polri dengan pemerintah daerah, serta pengusaha/potensi masyarakat. Melalui kemitraan dengan pemerintah daerah, diharapkan dapat meminjampakaikan lahan kosong milik pemerintah untuk dimanfaatkan oleh warga binaan, dengan sistem bagi hasil sehingga terjalin kemitraan yang saling menguntungkan, dimana Polri sebagai penjaminnya. Demikian juga kemitraan dengan pengusaha, diharapkan dapat meminjamkan lahan atau memberikan kesempatan bekerja bagi masyarakat yang telah diberikan kemampuan/pelatihan.

Melalui Program Polisi Peduli Pengangguran ini, diharapkan dapat mengurangi angka pengangguran di Jawa Barat, yang pada gilirannya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, serta meminimalisir terjadi tindak pidana dan semakin tingginya peran serta masyarakat dalam membantu tugas polri mewujudkan situasi kamtibmas yang kondusif, minimal warga binaan Polri tersebut tidak menjadi pelaku kejahatan, serta maksimal dapat mencegah dan menginformasikan terjadinya potensi gangguan kamtibmas di lingkungannya.
Dalam merealisasikan Program Polisi Peduli Pengangguran ini, untuk tahap awal akan dilaksanakan di Polres Ciamis ini, dimana jajaran Polres Ciamis telah melakukan pendataan dan pembinaan terhadap masyarakat yang menganggur, serta bermitra dengan PT. Tanjung Mulya, sehingga pada tahap pertama ini akan disalurkan sebanyak 300 orang karyawan dan 5 orang staf, untuk bekerja sebagai karyawan pada peternakan ayam dan karyawan pabrik batu bata merah fress di PT. Tanjung Mulya ini.

Pada kesempatan tersebut, Kapolda Jabar kami mengucapkan terima kasih dan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya kepada Kapolres Ciamis beserta jajaran, atas inovasi dan kerja kerasnya dalam membina dan membangun kemitraan dengan instansi terkait dan potensi masyarakat, sehingga Program Polisi Peduli Pengangguran (Poligur) ini dapat dilaksanakan. Ucapan terima kasih dan penghargaan juga disampaikan Kapolda Jabar kepada kepada Bupati ciamis, instansi terkait, tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, pengusaha serta berbagai pihak, atas dukungan, koordinasi dan kemitraan yang telah terjalin dengan baik selama ini, serta kepada direktur PT. Tanjung Mulya, yang telah bersedia menjadi mitra Polri dalam Program Polisi Peduli Pengangguran ini, dengan menampung warga masyarakat untuk bekerja di perusahaan ini. Kapolda Jabar berharap, kiranya kedepan akan banyak lagi para pengusaha yang bersedia menjadi mitra Polri dalam program ini, sehingga akan banyak lagi warga binaan yang terserap dalam lapangan kerja, dalam meminimalisir terjadinya potensi gangguan kamtibmas.
